Unpopular opinion: I hate going to Costco.

The parking lot is a zoo, it’s always busy, and it’s not super easy to run in “real quick”. But, when I force myself to go, I always leave feeling glad I made the trip. A lot of that has to do with the frozen section.

The frozen section at Costco is awesome because it’s always stocked with healthy finds that require little to no preparation. Let’s face it: we’re all busy. And when we get busy or overwhelmed in our everyday lives, it’s real easy to get caught in the trap of convenience foods. But having your freezer stocked with some of these Costco finds will:
